Hey! We bought a condo in the gorgeous Windsor Hills Resort in Orlando (well, Kissimmee) that is only a few miles from Disney World!
We formed a partnership with my parents and their neighbors (and friends), The Brooks. My parents and the Brooks have successfully flipped multiple properties and they have a condo in Hilton Head, South Carolina, that has been very profitable over the last year. They asked us if we wanted to form an LLC with them and buy a place in Florida! We couldn't turn down the opportunity!
After we purchased the property I got put in charge of managing the condo. I put the listing on Airbnb and VRBO and immediately started getting bookings!
The day after Thanksgiving I flew to Orlando and met my dad and Missy there. We spent the next couple of days shopping for and decorating the condo. It was nice to have Missy there since she has a good eye for decorating.
We worked hard during the day and treated ourselves to dinner and dessert at Disney Springs!
My dad was excited to take us to Wolfgang Puck's Bar and Grill so we could get some pizza and the best mac n cheese in the world!
