The next morning, December 5th, all 11 of us headed to Disney's Beach Club Resort to have breakfast at Cape May.
[An edible carousel]
Before the pandemic Cape May was a buffet kinda place, but now they serve everything family-style, which is even better!
We had "Beach Buns" (salted caramel pull-apart bread topped with cinnamon streusel), omelets, yogurt parfait's, Mickey and Minnie waffles, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tots, beef hash, and Disney's famous POG juice! Everything was delicious! And they had plenty of gluten free options for Andie and Porter too!
After breakfast we headed outside to see the views.

From there Luke, Andie, Annie, Jayson, Porter, and Kenna headed to the back entrance of EPCOT (you can walk there from Beach Club and the entrance puts you right into England!). They had a great time at the Park and we didn't see them again until really late that night!
The rest of us walked around the Boardwalk and checked out some of the other hotels. When Josh and I were planning our trip here (which was supposed to happen in April 2020) Andie suggested that we stay at the Yacht Club. It's a beautiful hotel right next to the Beach Club.
We then took the Skyliner to Art of Animation.
We didn't know what we would find at Art of Animation, but it did not disappoint! We walked around Radiator Springs and got a drink at the pool before heading back to the Skyliner.
That evening we went to Disney Springs to pick up our Disney World tickets. We had to show our proof of residency (we own two properties there) in oder to get our passes. Our customer service representative gave Josh and I a harder time then she did my parent (go figure), but we got it all figured out in the end. We also ate a delicious dinner at the Polite Pig and then went to The Ganachery to get some chocolates.
