This week was our 7th Wedding Anniversary (is that right?), Theo's last day of First Year Preschool (he has two more to go!), and Josh went to Wisconsin to visit his family!
Josh always gets me something "traditional" for our anniversary. For the 7th wedding anniversary the traditional gift is copper. Josh got me this beautiful copper rose and card. I love it! Especially since I'm allergic to real flowers! Happy Anniversary to us! Here's to many more!
On Monday, May 24th, Theo's class had their "Bridge Ceremony" where they cross a tiny (SOOO TINY) bridge and celebrate moving on to their next year of school. Theo was supposed to dress fancy, so he wore this tuxedo shirt!
Parent's were not allowed at the school, so they streamed it online for us all to watch!

Theo's class was up first and Theo was the first kid to "cross the bridge," but his Special Tomato was too big so his nurse just pushed him next to it. Mrs. Dilorenzo said such nice things about her students and I'm excited for him to have her again in the fall!

Theo's teachers have been working hard all year to compile this notebook, which is full of a lot of his work. I've seen more of the pictures and artwork, but some of it was new and I was so excited!

Theo, Josh, and I all had a crazy allergy attack this week! It was horrible! And you know it's really bad when it affects Josh too. Ugh! We had to end up canceling most of Theo's therapies for the week because of all their strict (but understandable) rules. I called and got myself an appointment with an allergist next week. I hope they can help me because my face hurts so much!
Thursday, May 27th, was Theo's last day of school! He wore his tie-dye shirt and celebrated with all of his new friends. His nurse said he did great all week and the kids in the classroom take turns trying to make him laugh. And he is especially loved by the girls in the class! He's such a stud!

On Friday, May 28th, Josh headed to Wisconsin to spend the long weekend with his family. I'm glad he was able to make the quick trip up there and because he was vaccinated he was able to go see his Grandma.
Theo and I hung out at the house and watched the FRIENDS reunion! It was so great!

I exercise every day while Theo is napping. On Friday I was running and about 15 minutes into my run I heard a loud bang and the treadmill dropped an inch. It scared me, so I jumped off and pushed the emergency stop button. The tread slid off a bit and I don't know how to fix it, so until Josh gets home I am just going to focus on cycling. I hope we can easily fix it because this treadmill was expensive!
After Theo's nap we went for a drive in the Rubicon (Josh took the Traverse to WI). Theo wasn't sure about being in a new car, but Puppy was there to keep him company.

On Sunday, May 30th, Theo and I watched the Lakers game. They lost ðŸ˜
Poor Theo cries if I cough or sneeze too loud. Ugh. I really need to get these allergies under control!
For the second year in a row, the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired Opening Doors is taking place online. They sent us this care package to help us prepare. I'm excited to listen to the lectures this week!
We hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our condo. They look amazing! I love how the new floors look!
