Theo's school is celebrating "May Madness" this month. There are tons of "themed days" throughout the month leading up to the end of the school year. The first week of May is "Teacher Appreciation Week," so Theo and his aid, Ms Tammy, passed out goodie bags to all of his aids, the school nurse, the school janitor, the Principal, and Theo's teachers and therapists. We love and appreciate them all so much!
They got Theo a floor sitter at school, so he can sit on the floor with his classmates during "Circle Time."
Tuesday, May 4th, was Star Wars Day!
[New material dropped on Disney Plus]
[Theo LOVES Baby Shark and he gets very excited when I put it on the big TV for him!]
Theo has been pretty good about wearing his glasses. He seems to do better when he is sitting in his chair (or carseat) or standing in his stander.
[Cheese!]
[Isn't he just the cutest?!]
[Sitting is easier if Frozen is on!]
Theo has been working hard during PT. When he's distracted, he can sit pretty well on his own.
Theo is also getting better about "food play." He doesn't get upset at the food and will even try it sometimes.
[Holding onto the bar at OT]
[Cuddles with Puppy]
[New glasses, new wheelchair, and new shoes!]
On Friday, May 7th, Theo brought his best friend, Beat-Bo, to school for "May Madness." He was SO EXCITED when gave Beat-Bo to him and told him he could take his best buddy to school.
[Kisses]
Saturday, May 8th, was Brodee's 10th birthday! His mom threw a party for him and they went to the fair. It looks like Brodee had a great time and went on a lot of crazy rides 🤢🤢
Happy birthday! We are so excited to see you in December!
Sunday, May 9th, was Mother's Day. I requested crispy bacon and Belgium waffles! Delicious!
[Josh also got me Macrons from Cups' n Cake!]
We also had a lot of progress on our landscaping. It should be done next week!
[Baby bunny in the yellow circle]
[Before]
[Josh was out there helping a lot]
[Here comes the rock!]
[Fabric is down, next comes the rock]
[SOOO MUCH BETTER!]
[The rocks were dirty, so Josh sprayed them with water. I love the color!]
