Rise of the Siblings - Part XXVI: Tokyo DisneySea - Day 3

Day 16: Wednesday, April 23rd

We checked out of the MiraCosta Hotel and shipped our bags to the Disneyland Hotel where we will be staying for our last two nights.

We then headed to the breakfast buffet and filled up on tots and chicken nuggets (gotta get your protein!).

I knew it was going to be a rainy day, so we were prepared!

We had Fast Passes for Frozen and Tangled when the Park opened, but since we got in early we first went to Soaring.

We then made our way to Frozen and the line was already super long! The ride was so cute and I understand why the line is always so long and it's impossible to get Fast Passes.

We then went on the Tangled ride and that was another hit!

Duffy and Friends dance party!

In addition to the Fast Passes for Frozen and Tangled, we were also able to get fast passes for Tower of Terror. I love this ride!

[We are getting on board with Duffy and Friends]

We went back to Fantasy Springs Land to have lunch at the Snuggly Duckling!

That afternoon we discovered a gem: Sindbad's Storybook Voyage. This is a slow boat ride that follows Sindbad's story. Apparently when it first opened the ride was a little scary and kids didn't like it. So they got the famous Alan Menken to come in and write a song ("Compass of Your Heart") for the ride. They redid parts of the ride, made it happier, added the song, and reopened in 2007. And it's a hit!

Well, Luke and I liked it, but Ryan was not impressed!

[Mickey sighting!]

That afternoon we checked into the Disneyland Hotel and took a little break while we waited for it to stop raining.

We headed back to the Park after a couple of hours and it was great!

We got dinner and watched part of the water show and then the guys went shopping!

They both ended up getting this Samurai Mickey. It's really cool!
