Last night the Lakers spanked the Jazz 120-91! Odom made an AMAZING shot that was honored on PTI.

And tonight BYU (9) beat SDSU (4) 71-58! Jimmer scored 43 points! Can we say Final 4?!

Oh how I love my teams!!

I was watching How I Met Your Mother, one of my favorite TV shows, the other day and the main character, Ted Mosby, said this quote during one of his narratives.

The quote impacted me in a strange way... deeply... soul piercing you could say. I really like it and I thought I would share it with you.

Winter Break: New Years in Utah

December 28

- Flew back to SLC

- Went to my old roommates, Rachel, wedding reception with Katey, Emily, and Kenny (Emily's fiance). And it was gorgeous! The food was great, the entertainment was fun, the location (a fancy county club) was perfect, and it was super classy.

[Side note: If I ever get married I want a wedding like that]

December 29

- Hung out with Katey, friends from Vegas, and Emily and her family. Just getting ready for the wedding!

- Bought new tires which SAVED me when a huge snow storm hit Utah.

December 30

- Emily and Kenny's wedding!

It was so much fun to see one of my best friends so happy. I wish her and her new husband nothing but happiness!

December 31 - January 2

- Went up to Lisa's cabin at Bear Lake for New Years.

Two weddings and a party in Bear Lake. That pretty much sums up a great week in SLC.

The Trip I've Been Waiting For

It's official! On May 21, my friend, Heidi, and I will be heading back to Venice, Italy to catch the ms Nieuw Amsterdam for a 12 day long Mediterranean Cruise!

Ports include:

Venice, Italy

Split, Croatia

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

Istanbul, Turkey

Mykonos, Greece

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

Thira (Santorini), Greece

and

Katakolon (Olympia), Greece

Last time I was in Venice I bought a glass ring, which recently broke. Ever since then I have been trying to find a way to go back and get another one!

I'm so excited!
