Theo's Newborn Photos

**PHOTO OVERLOAD!!**

On Tuesday, August 22nd, Theo and I got up early, packed up his diaper bag, and headed out for the day. Our first stop was to see the Pediatrician for Theo's two week check up. Theo is back up to his birth weight and his jaundice is looking a lot better. The only concern (minor) was that his umbilical cord is still attached. The Doctor said that if it stays on past four weeks then they would send him to get some blood work done to see if he has a problem with his immune system. He told me not to worry and that most babies will lose the stump before the four week mark (it ended up falling off a few days later).

After seeing the Pediatrician we headed to Josh's work. We fed Theo before heading to our next appointment: hair and makeup. I hardly ever wear makeup and if I was going to pay a lot for the Newborn Photos then I wanted to make sure I looked my best.

After getting my hair and makeup done we headed to Abigail Joyce Photography's studio to get our photos taken.

Abigail was amazing! She was so patient with Theo. I even brought a few outfits for Theo to wear and she had no problem accommodating us.

When we first arrived Theo was hungry so we fed him and then waited for him to fall asleep. Of course, he was wide awake so Abigail suggested that we start with the "Family Photos" and then do Theo's pictures once he fell asleep (which he ended up doing during the family photos).

[Whisker burn!]

Once Theo was soundly asleep, Abigail put him in different outfits and took his picture. It was so funny to see him dressed up and posed while fast asleep!

[Do or do not, there is no try]

[Mom says I'll be sorted into Gryffindor!]

I seriously can't get enough of these!

After the photos were done we all drove home. It was a long day, but Theo did great! And thanks to Abigail Joyce Photography for doing such an amazing job!
