Theo's Ten Months Old

Theo has had a VERY busy tenth month! We spent the weekend in Chicago with Katey, met with Cranial Technologies to see if Theo qualified for a helmet, got Theo a passport, visited the Chiropractors many times, had an OT evaluation, and continued to have visits from our Early Interventional therapist. We also made a long trip to Utah and California where Theo experienced his first Angels game, ride on a Duffy boat, trip to the beach, flight on an airplane, trip to Disneyland, and so much more!

Theo continues to make improvements developmentally and physically. He is a lot more comfortable rolling and sleeps mostly on his side. He is interacting with his toys and we are working on following and grabbing. When we were in Utah Theo started mimicking! I would make a popping noise with my mouth and blow raspberries and Theo would try to do the same. He has gotten really good at the raspberries and he is working really hard on the popping noises. It's so fun to see him interacting like this! Theo has also become more and more aware of his surroundings. He does not like to be alone and he will yell out just for attention, which I am happy to give.

[Drive to Peoria. I guess Illinois isn't all cornfields!]

[He loves his cow]

[I don't usually like Theo to watch TV, BUT he will turn his head (which is a HUGE part of his therapy) to look at it. What's a mom to do?!]

Theo continues to take small developmental and physical steps, but we still have a lot of work ahead of us!

We love you Theo!
