On Friday, August 13th, we headed to Ottawa to see Theo's Pediatrician for his four year check up (and shots). We talked to Dr Dave about getting prescription diapers for Theo and a handicap placard for the car. We then filled the doctor in on everything that has been going on and he seemed very happy with how Theo is doing. He did suggest cutting Theo's calories a bit since he's getting too big (which we already are). Theo was only upset for a second after his shots. He's a rockstar!
That night Missy came to visit! We got Giordano's for dinner and spent the rest of the night catching up.
Over the weekend we went on an adventure to Gene's and Jude's for their famous hot dogs and fries and then we went to Johnnie's for their famous hot beef!
It was all delicious! Thanks for coming on this adventure with us!
Missy and I also went shopping for new couch pillows and we got pedicures. It was a perfect weekend!
Thanks Missy for coming to visit us! I know it was a quick trip, but we are excited to see you again in December!
We got this new communication device for Theo, so I spent some time cutting out pictures and recording words. I think it'll be so great for Theo!
